ACQTC Inc. NPTBA exists as a Non-Profit Tribal Entity with both 501(c)(3) tax-exemption status and a 509(a)(2) tribal entity. Sales, services, programs, and activities that generate revenue by donations, constitute our primary source of paying our operating costs and expenses. Donations provide our primary source of financial viability. Without your generous donations ACQTC could not exercise and maintain its indigenous sovereign and autonomous standing in the Long Water Land and we would not be able to bring you these vital sources of information and services that are free of any influences from other sources.
